The third and last episode of the Lyngen Descents series is finally online.
Last April I packed my car and drove to the Lyngen Alps in the very north of Norway, for a ski-mountaineering expedition together with Bjarne and Morgan Salén.

Situated far north of the artic circle, the half island of Lyngen is filled with jagged mountains and steep faces perfect for high-end skiing. The days in spring are long and the locals welcoming and we managed to pinpoint the best snow conditions I have ever experienced in Scandinavia.
After three weeks we had been able to pull of six worthy first descents, a couple of other nice lines. We tried much more, turned around, stayed safe and showed that behind every success lies lots of hard work and luck.
In the end we had one of the best ski trips of our lives and this area is definitely one of my favorite places to go skiing.
Bjarne Salén at Endlessflow has put together three webisodes from the trip. The third and last came online last night and can be seen below. After weeks of trying and failure together with glimpses of euphoria the last episode is finally filled with a team successfully ticking of dream lines in the magical Norwegian north.
